Q: Do you post to USA?

A: Yes however, when ordering from the U.S., you (the buyer) accept the risk of USA customs/clearance problems, delays, returns or disposal after the parcel leaves the UK. Be prepared for the possibility of additional USA taxes in USA over and above of the tariff.

Q: Do you post worldwide?

A: Yes and always tracked. I cannot post to EU and NI due to new EU regulations. If you are coming to UK I can post to your holiday address

Q: Does the UK post office need a telephone number for tracked mail?

A: Yes, please add it to your order page

Q: What tartans can you get?

A: Almost any tartan! Except the private ones.

Q: Can you get Harris Tweed?

A: Yes.

Q: Are all your wool tweeds from Scottish Miils?

A: 90% are. I occasionally use plaid tweeds from Yorkshire.

Q: Where are you based?

A: Portsoy in North Aberdeenshire.

Q: How quickly can you get an order made and posted?

A: If in stock same day or next working day. If I have to order tweed 10 days, or longer if out of stock in the mill. I will always keep you up to date.

Q: Does every poncho come with a vintage or handmade brooch?

A: Yes all non sale ponchos come with a coordinating brooch.

Q: Do you make non-wool items?

A: Yes. I can get several tartan and plain tweeds made from poly viscose and cashmere.
